VociCards follows a "freemium" model. Core learning modes, such as our active training with distractors, are completely free and available to all users. Other advanced features and AI-powered tools are available in a limited capacity for free, with full, unlimited access available to our premium subscribers.
What languages does VociCards support? +
For learning, we currently support English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Russian, Ukrainian, Chinese, and Polish. For the application interface and your native language, VociCards is fully localized in all of the above plus Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Turkish, Arabic, and Hebrew.
How does the AI generate mnemonics? +
VociCards uses Google Gemini AI to create personalized associations between new words and familiar concepts. The AI considers the word's sound, meaning, and context to generate memorable visual stories and examples.
Is an internet connection required? +
An internet connection is required for AI-powered features such as topic generation and content enrichment. Saved word cards and standard reviews can work offline once content has been loaded.
